In 2013, my health hit rock bottom, I was struggling with unexplained weight gain, thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, fatty liver, subclinical PCOS, chronic fatigue, acne, insulin resistance and mental health challenges. I seemed to have lost control of my body, my old methods were just not working. I visited every doctor and health practitioner with no answers. I felt so betrayed by my body and completely lost.
That’s when I made the life changing decision, to return to university and become my own health expert, determined to solve all my issues and never let anyone else go through the years of pain that I did. I dived deep into understanding the root cause of my issues and successfully reversed all my symptoms. Now, I am here to do the same with you. You don’t have to live with your symptoms and chronic health conditions forever. As someone who has been there, I know firsthand that healing is possible and we can make it happen together without the years of guess work that I had to endure.
